Medical travel agencies have been around for a long time, with an average of 50,000 doctors in Australia and more than 90,000 in New Zealand.
But that number has fallen since the financial crisis.
With the government cutting staff and raising prices, many travel agencies are finding it hard to find the money to survive, with some saying they are closing down completely.
One popular agency, The Travel Staffing Agency (TSSA), has a turnover of just $15,000 per month, while others have taken a hit.
However, the agency says it has seen a slight rise in demand for its services, particularly with people wanting to visit the US, Canada and Europe.
With this in mind, the TSSA has opened its Sydney branch, which opened this week, with a $100,000 expansion.
While the agency has some of the biggest names in the industry in its sights, it also boasts a number of smaller agencies that are trying to find new revenue streams.
One of the most successful is TripAdvisor, which has been around since 2005 and employs more than 10,000 people.
The agency says its travel agents are seeing a significant rise in business because they are now able to offer their clients discounts on flights and accommodation.
With travel being so popular, there is a need for a new way to provide these services, says TripAdvisory’s managing director, Brian Riedel.
He says the service is being used to help businesses save money, but he believes the trend will continue.
“There’s a trend towards people travelling to places that they’ve never been before, so we’re seeing people travelling from different countries and having a great time,” he said.
“We want to encourage people to come here and have a great holiday and see all the great places they’ve always wanted to visit, rather than having to travel.” “

This is a group of travel agencies that is a joint venture between TripAdvisors, Travel Staffings, TheTravel Staffing agency and The Travel Industry Agency, all of which offer services to help travellers make travel decisions.
The group of agencies offers more than 30,000 flights and more then 80,000 hotels, so it can help travellers understand which services are the best and most reliable.
It has even been used by the Australian prime minister, who used the service in his election campaign.

“With the economy in a downturn, we are seeing more and more travel agencies closing,” said TripGuice’s managing partner, Matthew Prewitt.
“This has meant we have to grow our business, which is really challenging because we have a large number of new and established agencies in our market.”
The group has more than 1,400 flights booked each month.
It says it does a good job of communicating with the travelling public, but Prewiss has also had to increase his staff to deal with the increase in demand.
“People don’t necessarily like the information that we provide,” he told The Next Week.
“When we say we’re providing the best, that’s what people think.”
