Travel agency assistant (TAA) is the job of the future for many, but many people have been looking to the future, and many of those who do not currently have the training or experience needed to get into the field have been frustrated by the lack of qualified candidates in the industry.
Now, an initiative from Next Big Futures aims to change that by creating a training and career pathway for the next wave of candidates, one that is much more flexible than previous initiatives and allows people with a wide range of skillsets to get hired.
The initiative was launched by the travel agency consulting firm, Accenture, with a goal of providing a pathway for qualified individuals with a range of qualifications to get jobs at travel agencies.
In addition to the training, Accent’s Next Big Fund will be supporting the program by providing support and resources for hiring and retraining qualified candidates.
“We want to be the first to bring the future of the travel industry to the people who are actually in the field,” said Accenture Senior Vice President of Business Development, Scott Smith, in a statement.
“The Next Big Funds will provide a pathway to the job that the right person is looking for.”
The goal of the initiative is to build a pipeline for qualified candidates, with Accenture providing financial support to support the work of the program, as well as assisting in hiring and training.
In order to be eligible for the funding, the program needs to provide an annual return of at least 10% to Accenture.
Accenture will also provide an additional 10% for any outstanding debt in the program.
The Next Big funds will also help the program provide training and other support to help prospective hires land the position.
In addition to providing training, the Accenture Next Big fund will provide support and support to hiring and train qualified candidates for the position, which will require both training and the right skillsets.
Accent hopes that the program will provide an opportunity for new applicants to enter the industry and potentially earn more than a full-time position.
“We’re hoping that it will help more qualified people get a foothold in the travel workforce, and it will provide more opportunity for people who want to pursue a career in the business of travel,” Smith said.
Accenture, which has partnered with travel agency companies like Expedia and Priceline to provide training, has partnered up with the Accent Next Big Foundation to provide funding.
The foundation will also be providing technical assistance and consulting to companies like Travelers Network, Travelers, and other agencies.
At the moment, the funding will provide Accenture with training and training support for qualified applicants.
This is the first funding round from Accenture and the Next BigFund.

The travel industry has also seen an increase in travel agency hiring over the past few years, as companies look to attract and retain employees with the potential to do work for clients like Expensify and Expedia.
